YouTube and Instagram have lots of live and recorded exercise, dance, meditation, and self care classes that you can access for free.
Crisis Response Virtual Training
The Mental Health Commission of Canada has developed three crisis response training programs for essential workers: Caring for Yourself, Caring for your Team, and Caring for Others. Registration for these courses will be on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be available at no-cost for essential workers as defined by the Government of Canada here. Access hundreds of online courses provided through universities around the world for free, or if you would like a certificate there is a course fee. www.coursera.org
Duolingo:
Work on your language skills using this free program (you can get an app for your device too). There are versions for adults and children (the children’s has a limited number of languages). www.duolingo.com
There are lots of podcasts on a variety of topics available to be streamed on a free account.
