Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) believes families have the power to heal and achieve mental well-being by learning skills to process emotions and resolve them.

Presenter: Jalene Davies, MA, CCC. Jalene is an EFFT trained therapist with her Master of Arts in Clinical Counselling from Trinity Western University. She has worked with families with relational, emotional and behavioural challenges for several years.
